Thoth is one of the oldest and wisest of the Anubinian Gods.

He was appointed as Prime Minister under the Pharaoh Ra the Great, and was the main Advisor and Viceroy for both Ra and his son, Osiris the Great. After Osiris and his son Horus were killed, and Set took power, Thoth went into hiding fearing for his life.

In the port city of Heliopolis, Thoth formed the Anubinian Liberation Army, a small group of reformists who's goal was to remove the tyrannical and Psychotic Set from power and who wanted to bring an age of democratic reform to the country.

During the Dominion Wars, Thoth led the underground Anubinian resistance, supported by the Coalition armies. He eventually led the ALA in the battle for Luxor, and was appointed as Pharaoh after Anubinia's surrender.

During his reign as Pharaoh, Thoth began a revolution of widespread change in Anubinia, giving citizens more civil and political rights, and establishing a body of elected officials, The Hall of Representatives.
