The Holy City of Tol Isam

Tol Isam is the capital city of the Holy Christian Empire of Isam, its structure consists of seven Precincts, each separated from the other by a defensive wall in case of outsider attack or insurgence. Citizen Passes are required to pass from one Precinct to the Other.

The Seven Precincts:

Holy Precinct: The innermost Precinct of Tol Isam, the Holy Precinct contains the Great Cathedral of Isam as well as the offices of the Hierarchy. Also located are the headquarters of the Chaplaincy, the Citadel of Nazareth and the officco spiritus sancti, along with the Deacon, Flagellant and Zealot command centres.

Precinct of Duty This district houses all members of the Hierarchy, Chaplaincy, Office of the Holy Ghost and high-ranking Citizens. The Precinct of Duty is also the location of foreign embassies.

Precinct of Justice Justice Precinct contains the courts, as well as housing the Nazareth Stormtroopers and their families.

Precinct of Honour The largest Precinct, Dedication contains the housing of all the Citizens who live in Tol Isam.

Precinct of Dedication This precinct contains all office-based buildings and workplaces.

Precinct of Labour Labour Precinct contains the manufaturing businesses located at Tol Isam.

Precinct of Truth This precinct holds everything deemed not to fit in anywhere else, and is the only unwalled Precinct. Most boarding houses are located here (hotels being largely obsolete in Isam).
