Borne to the skies to protect

Overview

The Triprism National Air Force was born in 1956 with the acquisition of 12 propeller powered low-altitude carrier strafing fighters. The fighters were never put to use in combat, but have flown countless hours, training aspiting TNAF pilots and the like. All but two of these planes remain, and one can be found hanging in the Sentinel Museum of Air and Sea, complete with original TNAF markings. In 1965, the Air Force essentially stopped operations. This continued until 1982, when TNAF acquired a pair of Tsunami Assault Bombers. The bombers essentially had no use, but it got the public to thinking. Triprism's military forces were relatively weak. A bill got into the midhouse to increase military spending by four percent, which passed. After the passage of this bill, the TNAF grew rapidly. The membership went from a measley few hundred to several thousand within two years. Today, the TNAF is Triprism's largest military division.
