The Osean Rule is a different nation. It is commonly called by its people, however, as Truitt, and they consider themselves Truitti, and not Oseans or Oseats. This terminology is a little complicated, but is not the uniqueness of the nation.
It is based after the ideology of Jewittism, founded by Enzo Jewitt, and then his son, Fonzi Jewitt, would be his sucessor and current leader to this day.
Jewittism is a complicated new democracy that uses a mixture of Free Enterprise, Elected Dictators (Three, Presidente, Douver, and Sectur), and Elected Council.
First, the elections and the powers.
The Executive Branch is controlled by the Presidente, who pretty much controls all Regional Affairs (in the Region and/or Continent) and has say on imports and exports. The Presidente usually will make a Councilari (simular to a Vice President) but is not required to.
The Legislative Branch is controlled by two things. The Oseat Council as a whole and the Douvier, or in simple translation, Council Head. The Douvier pretty much controls the entire military and international affairs. He/she only answers to the Presidente, who can empeach the Douvier at any moment. Just as the Council can empeach the Presidente with only a 25% vote.
The Judical Branch is a little less powerful, and has a Sectur (translated as Supreme Judge). The Sectur just controls the laws and all internal affairs. He/she is usually part of the Presidente's council, but is not limited to.
The people must vote for each of the three ranks, and then vote for anywhere from two to fifty six representitives to the Oseat Council.
Much like a more authoritarian American Democracy, right? No. The government, beyond minimum wages and child labor, can not restrict the economy with no more than five laws. Also, the Sectur's prime job is to make sure that none of the other two "Controlees" make a law that destroys personal matters, be it marrage, or a bar fight gone shoot-out.
