The Jewittist Republic is a different nation. It is commonly called Truitt or Osea by its people and they consider themselves Truitti or Emeraldian, and not Jewittists. This terminology is a little complicated, but is not the main basis of the nation's claim to uniqueness. It founds itself on the ideology of Jewittism, founded by Enzo Jewitt (Founder of the Authoritarian Brother of Jewittism, Enzoism). His son, Fonzi Jewitt, would be his sucessor and is the current leader. Jewittism is a complicated new form of democracy that is characterized by a mixture of Free Enterprise, Elected Dictators (Three, Presidente, Douver, and Sectur), and an Elected Council.

Much like a more authoritarian American Democracy, right? No. The government, beyond minimum wages and child labor, can not restrict the economy with no more than five laws. Also, the Sectur's prime job is to make sure that none of the other two "Controlees" make a law that destroys personal matters, be it marrage, or a bar fight gone shoot-out. However, on inter-national levels, the government controls all. Free Enterprise is allowed only within nations within the Republic, and cannot trail from the nation.

The Jewittist Republic is actually a union of quite a few nations, most of which peacefully annexed as once-colonies, but some have been agressively taken. During the First Emeraldian War, eleven nations fell to "Osea," or "The Osean Rule," under Enzo Jewitt's reign. It was at that time the united nations known as TRUITT, an abbriviation for The Republics of United Independant Technocratic Territories under an authoritarian regime, which eventually created The Republic.
