National Political Parties

Green Future

Led by Chiari Tunoy, the party takes a particular interest in the environment and is dedicated to continuiing Tse Moana's current environmentally friendly policy so there will be a healthy and green nation for the coming generations. They have been Tse Moana's biggest political party for 35 years. They got, all regions added up, 80 seats in the Senate.

Socially Left

Led by Thomasso Geren, this party focusses on the human side of issues. They support the green path Tse Moana is on as long as healthcare, education and support for the less successful in society are taken care of. They often work together with Green Future and have been the nation's second political party since Green Future took first place from them. In the last election, they got 72 seats in the Senate.

Liberal Ways

Led by Doren Pinnt, this party takes economic development of Tse Moana as its main issue. While they remain supportive of the current policies, they would prefer a path a little less green and a bit more grey. They got 49 seats in the Senate.

Triad's Power

Led by Stefeo Sherin, this party bases its politics on the Triad (see Religion). They seek to increase the influence of the Gods in daily life. They have a small but outspoken following and have held a steady 5-10 seats in the Senate for the last four decades. After the last election, they have 7 seats.

Republicans

Led by Misha Freig, this party's focal point is abolishment of Tse Moana's monarchy to be replaced by a totally democratic system, either direct or representative. Like with Triad's Power, this party has a small yet strong following. Republicans has been around for the last twenty years and have held a steady 10-15 seats ever since. They now have 11 seats.


Provincial Political Parties

Every province has its own political parties that usually focus on issues important for their specific province. Generally, in elections, regional parties take somewhere between 5 and 10 of the 50 seats. The 31 seats in the Senate not taken up by one of the national parties are shared between 14 regional parties of which the Rovallen Science Party takes 8.
