To be fair, 203.164.108.9' edit kind of is what a good amount of people (Me among them) would actually consider to be NPOV, based on a variety of DLE's comments in the NS forums. And the phrase 'DemonLordEnigma is a vast, transworld nation that claims more worlds under its care than most empires would dare.' is hardly NPOV, given that there is no verifable proof to this claim.
