I've noticed that a lot of your pages (like [[Uniform & Kit]] and [[Thematic Maps]]) have very generic titles that could refer to anything. I've recommended that Sic-map.jpg be deleted. The upload feature you are apparently looking for is disabled.
To post an image, all you do is paste the URL into the topic. Thus, this:
