Request for deletion
I'm not in the habit of deleting user accounts. If you don't want to use your account anymore, just scramble the password and walk away. It's a lot less work and doesn't involve me screwing up the database.
Your user page (User:Capital Regiment) is currently a redirect to Capital Regiment, so your second request is unclear. However, it should be made at NSwiki:Deletion instead, following the protocols there.
