It's perfectly fine to edit other people's pages, but on a more controversial topic like enemies of a certain nation, it's usually best to ask that player's permission first before adding yourself to the list. If you were excluded in the first place, they may not actually consider you an enemy. The best route is to put on your page that TFU is your enemy.
