It is not orginally known where the va'takil was originally created, but it is the exact opposite of a va'karela. It is widely produced in Fmjphoenix to try to be a counter-offensive to the va'karela. It helps people regain the knowledge that the more normal formations of 3-4-3 and 3-5-2 are good.
