Valentinian I "In Nomine Satanas" is notable for being one of only two Emperors of Drunken Pagan Weirdos that did not follow the state's traditional religion. Instead, he was a Satanist, which is where his title comes from. OMFG SATAN. Oh, and he liked King Diamond way too much. Although, if you think about it, that's certainly not a bad thing.
