Vegard Øvreli (born 19. May 1954), is a Skatvalian conservative politican, and leader of The Skatvalian Conservative Party, which is a national branch of the regional conservative party. Øvreli is the current Prime Minister of Skatval.
Øvreli became leader of the party in 1998, and won the election in 2000. He was re-elected in 2004, and will be in office to 2008. Øvreli can also be re-elected in 2008, because of the Skatvalian electionary rules. Øvreli's cabinet is formed together with The Royalistic Patriot Party.
