| He was actually extradited from Moscow, Russia for alcohol trafficking. When FomaTK saw this guy taking his punishment like a true Russian, he literally burned the previous leader of Vermuth and put Victor in his chair. Since then he has recieved a total of 2332 hate messages from Sir Peter Maooth, the leader of the nearby province of Maoothra. Victor lives in a large chateau and has 30 caches of vodka in is house for quick drinks.
