Virsliga - Season 1
Played in 92 A.S.
First Half
Being a newly formed league, it was hard to predict the winners beforehand. Boudra-Boudra-City looked promising, knowing that they had the biggest selection to pick from. Matchday 1 saw the capital city team beat Thobbitz quite easily and become the first ever league leaders of the Virsliga. As the season progressed they kept showing quite a fluid style of play which made them the biggest favorites after the first half of the season. Their only real slip-up happened on Matchday 5, when they lost 0-2 at home to Wolarr-Tsli.

Second Half
However, the second half of the season turned out to be disastrous for the team from Boudra-Boudra-City, as they struggled all the way through it, scoring only three measily points. The main reason was their defence, as their first team goalkeeper and captain Ohène Strok'pah injured himself during training the day before Matchday 11 which in the end proved to be a big loss for the team as they conceded 17 more goals in 8 matches, a huge number knowing they had only been scored against 5 times in 10 matches until then. Luckily they had taken enough points during the first half of the season to still finish in fourth.
The team from Zjam, also with quite a nice run during the first half of the season, almost suffered the exact same problems. A few injuries with their key players made the team drop place after place, only scoring 4 points during the second half of the season and ending just above the relegation zone, in eigth position.
With two teams from the top three losing frequently, one could think that Wolarr-Tsli were going to win the title with a huge lead, but it was the team from Kanzi that proved to be a fierce competitor all the way up to the finish line. On the 17th Matchday, with Wolarr-Tsli in the lead with 31 points and Kanzi in second place on 29, the big clash happened:
Wolarr-Tsli vs Kanzi
If Wolarr-Tsli were able to win this they would be 5 points clear of Kanzi and sure of the title with just one match to go. Kanzi however could take the lead with a victory and finish it themselves against New Bhov, the team in last position at that time. Both teams wanted to win but a loss could prove very bad for either of them, so a lot of people predicted a horrible match, ending in a draw. But, it proved to be a very entertaining match, in which Kanzi took an early lead when Rikke Galuccio opened the score with a blistering shot straight into the top left corner from just outside the penalty area, leaving Flip Vandecasteele without a chance. During the remainder of the first half, it was Wolarr-Tsli trying to find a gap through the iron defence of Kanzi, which had only suffered 8 goals in 16 matches at that moment. Only during the second period however, Wolarr-Tsli managed to score, twice through Jarno Karvi. Kanzi had scored the 2-0 just before the break after a magnificent counter-attack goal when Sosimo Bradkorb raced away from the Wolarr-Tsli defenders and coolly rounded the keeper to double the score. With 2-2 on the scoreboard however, Kanzi could not be happy and they stormed forward with 10 minutes to go to claim the title. Wolarr-City didn't give in and almost did score, hadn't Guido Smith prevented Jarno Karvi from scoring his hattrick through an incredible dive to the bottom left corner. It was Sosimo Bradkorb who became matchwinner as he tapped in a corner to give his Kanzi team the best chances to win the title.
- Final Score: Wolarr-Tsli 2-3 Kanzi

Thobbidz vs Wolarr-Tsli
The last matchday of the season had to determine the result, Wolarr-Tsli was lying one point behind Kanzi and could only hope for them to slip up and try to win themselves. Thobbidz, the team they were facing, was lying tied in seventh position and could possibly still become last. In a quite dull match, Wolarr-Tsli managed to score once through Jarno Karvi and keep their nets clean. Their fate rested in the hands of Kanzi.
- Final Score: Tobbitz 0-1 Wolarr-Tsli
Kanzi vs New Bhov
Being one point ahead of Wolarr-Tsli, Kanzi just needed to win against New Bhov, the team in last position to take the title. New Bhov needed to win and hope Thobbidz lost to get away from the last position and avoid direct relegation. As good as Kanzi played against Wolarr-Tsli, so bad they played against New Bhov. If it wasn't for the second half goal by Sosimo Bradkorb they would have lost to a fierce New Bhov team. New Bhov deserved to win but the result was a draw, which meant that both teams didnt get what they want as Wolarr-Tsli went over Kanzi and became the first ever champions while New Bhov relegated to the Superettan.
- Final Score: Kanzi 1-1 New Bhov

Hanz is the captain and central defender of Kanzi and one of the main reasons that his team only conceded 11 goals during the whole season.
Other Nominees: Jarno Karvi (Wolarr-Tsli, Forward), Rikke Galuccio (Kanzi, Midfielder)
Striker of the Year
Sosimo Bradkorb - (Kanzi)
Although his team only became second, his goal against New Bhov on the last matchday put him one goal ahead of Jarno Kanzi. His 12 goals earned him the golden boot and he was also chosen as Striker of the Year although Jarno Karvi was a very close second.
Other Nominees: Teodors McGlothen (Trojsno), Jarno Karvi (Wolarr-Tsli)
Midfielder of the Year
Bakss only ended in fifth position but many scouts have noticed the immense positioning skills and running speed Torsten has, with and without the ball. In a lot of matches the Bakss fans saw their team having the most possession only to be let down by the bad finishing and defending.
Other Nominees: Rikke Galuccio (Kanzi), John Böhm (Wolarr-Tsli)
Defender of the Year
Hanz Buyakasha - (Kanzi)
Defensively the absolute best in the country. Although Kanzi has a good defence as a whole, Hanz stands out being the team captain and technically very good.
Other Nominees: Rintje Jacobus-Fredriksson (Sjlipp), Dia Dzigbode (Wolarr-Tsli)
Goalkeeper of the Year
Ohène Strok'pah - (Boudra-Boudra-City)
Top class keeper capable of making great saves. Only conceded 5 goals in 10 matches, then had to watch from the side for the rest of the season because of a broken ankle in training.
Other Nominees: Guido Smith (Kanzi), Flip Vandecasteele (Wolarr-Tsli)
Goal of the Season
Andris Zdelizj - (Trojsno) (Trojsno 2-2 New Bhov, Matchday 13)
After 32 minutes, Andris dribbles three New Bhov defenders, then engages in a very fast one-two combination with fellow striker Teodors McGlothen which leaves him free to run towards the keeper. With the keeper closing in on him, everyone wonders if he's going to go left or right, instead he suddenly lobs the keeper who is completely surprised. After just hitting the bottom of the crossbar the ball goes in, putting Trojsno in the lead 1-0.
