History
In 1994 the Viscount Bennett Maulers extreme soccer franchise was formed in conjunction with the other five teams of the Extreme Soccer League.
The team since the onset of their existence, despite their overall performance from season to season, have put the fear into their opponents with their preference to hit over anything else. Numerous times in their history, Maulers players on the squad have chosen to hit an opponent and forego a scoring opportunity, 'for the love of the game'. The most noteable achievement of the Viscount Bennett Maulers include:
- In their only appearance in the Extreme Soccer League (ESL) championship, the Maulers absolutely pummeled the opposition both in hits and in scoring to win easily the 2003 ESL championship 4-0 over the Lenita Wildcats.
