Vostok Hazard was born into a class-one family on April 20 1960. During his school years, Vostok excelled in Political/Social sciences. During his time in the military, he was average as a soldier, but was excellent with leadership and strategy. Because of Vostok being a better leader than grunt, the military was no place for him, so instead of going for officer's training, Vostok enrolled in the University of the RNCI, a privilege only pupils who excel acedmically can experience, where he was trained in politics. After his schooling, Vostok was appointed premier of industry. Under Vostok, the industries of RNCI thrived and there were few grievances and even fewer work-related injuries In 2000, Vostok was elected chancellor. Being very conservative towards the ways of the New Crystal Isles party, Vostok naturally imposed iron-fist policies on the RNCI. Policing were increased, military spending went on the rise, punishments became more severe, and it also got to the point where the RNCI's youth population had no freedoms at all. His ultra socialist policies also led to unrest amongst capitalists and fascists.
