Whitla

The Whitla sits at the centre of the Methody region. Bordered by Peteronia,Kamsaki and BlobbDobb, it has been declared neutral ground by various agreements, most importantly, the Whitla Convention. Regional Conferences are held here to decide what needs to be fixed in Methody. Indeed, in recent times, the possibility of a regional merger has been discussed. Whitla, as neutral ground, is administered by the region itself.
