Willey is a infamous fighter, famous for bringing down large armies just by himself. He is part of the Mideval Tin Foil Army and is known within the group for drinkin, killin, and sex with women.
In the case of Dude McFarllen not being able to fulfill duties as emperor, Willey is next in Line.
