Willey

Willey is a infamous fighter, famous for bringing down large armies just by himself. He is part of the Mideval Tin Foil Army and is known within the group for drinkin, killin, and sex with women.

Willey is the Subordinate Cheif of the Skankin Penguins. In the case of Dude McFarllen not being able to fulfill duties as emperor, Willey is next in Line. His resposibility of being Subordinate Cheif is to uphold the law. He is actually the only "police man" in the country. Although most of the time he isn't in the country, the penguins get used to a life away from the law. And when he is in the country, he doesn't really care if one does commit a crime, as he'll probably commit more, and the only thing Willey hates more than cotton is hypocracy.

Other than basically being the police force the penguins don't have, Willey's title is just for a good resume, and for a good pick up line for chicks.
