This isn't a real wordlist or dictionary, but more like list of explainations for different kinds of phrases and jokes you can find in chat with a citizen of Nova Norway, where the region is mainly ethnic Norwegians (RL):

"Få [en] Syse i posten" = "Get [a] Syse in the mail"
The phrase referes to the former Norwegian politician, Jan Peder Syse, who was Prime Minister in Norway (for the Norwegian Conservative Party) from 1989 to 1990. Syse was famous for being a bit weird, in both appearance and the way to express himself. For some reason, "Få en Syse i posten" has been a funny thing to say in Norway. The phrase can be used as a funny question to a Norwegian conservative ("So, you've ordered a Syse?"). Today, not every Norwegian understand the phrase, though.

"Svelge [politiske] kameler" = "Gorge [political] camels"
Means something like "To do a political mistake".
