'Army'

When the Navy and Air Force personnel had been chosen, the remaining service men of the old armies were banded together and made into the Yderian Confederation Army (YCA). They were ground troops, designed to enter a combat area after artillery/ariel bombardment and take out any remaining ground troops or ground based weaponry. They are highly trained, and due to Yderia's high population, expendable expeditionary force.

Armoured Brigades

The armored brigades are the Armys most powerful brigades. They are primarily designed to operate in lightly wooded and open terrain, which exists in the norther most and central parts of Sweden. The brigades fighting units are entirely mechanized and utilizes the latest equipment. The brigade includes amongst others the foll owing weapon systems: Strv 122 Strf 90(CV 90) PvRbbv551 LvRbbv701

Infantry Brigades

The infantry brigades has during the later years been mechanized by purchasing Pbv 501 and deliveries of strf 90(CV 90). The brigades are designed for fighting in lightly and heavily wooden areas. They are trained for combat in any weather and visibility conditions and can be deployed anywhere in the nation. The brigade has a lot of firepower (AT-missiles, assault guns/light tanks, recoilless rifles and AT guns), good mobility (APC:s) and high stamina. Arctic Brigades

The arctic brigades are in essence an infantry brigade but specialized in arctic warfare. The brigade has got more tracked vehicles and nowadays, Pbv 401 and they are equipped to make long and surprising terrain movements, both on snow and on bare ground. They are specifically able to do battle in areas with little or no roads. The brigade includes amongst others the following weapon systems: Pbv 401 Strf 90(CV 90) Bv 206 Rb 55/56 LvRb70
