Yeltsmin

Yeltsmin, meaning "Paradise" in the Chechen language, was the name given to the first overseas colony established by Groznyj. The colony featured a single pre-planned city bearing the name of the colony. Located in southern Arterus Yeltsmin was a prosperous colony and city to 7.5 million inhabitants until the outbreak of the Second War of Corporatist Aggression, where in which the colony stood directly between Kraven land and its objective of Southeast Asia.
