Yizheng

The Empire of Yizheng or Yizheng, Seitou-Yizheng English: Ði Émpayr əv Yížəŋ is a Compulsory Consumerist State located in The Stuff, with Seitou to the west and Ever-Present-TV to the south.

The Empire of Yizheng is a tiny, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 5 million are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, corrupt, pro-business individuals is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Commerce and Defence are on the agenda. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Cheese Exports, Woodchip Exports, and Beef-Based Agriculture industries.

Crime is a major problem. Yizheng's national animal is the horse, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the yizheng-ma.
