Super-power is a Postmodern Tech nation of the Libertarian region.
Government
Super-power's government is a semi-Federal system where power is shared between state and Federal authorities, and currently leans towards state sovereignty. Based off of libertarian principles, the Federal government holds the responsibility of defence, foregin policy, and maintenance of inter-state infrastructure.
The Federal government is divided between a lawmaking branch, an executive branch, and judicial interpreters. Said judiciaries maintain strict constructionism of Super-power's Constitution. Super-power boasts both extremely small state and Federal governments of about 1 official per 3000 citizens.
Military
There are four brances of Super-power's military: Army, Navy, Air Force, and Spacial.
Super-power's army, air force, and spacial military uses advanced weapons known mobile suits, 15-meter tall robotic technology equipped with various beam and bullet weapons. The two current models are the transformable MSZ-006A1 Z Plus A1 and MSZ-006 Z Plus C1. They both have replaced the older non-transformable M1 and M1a Astray MSes.
There is little difference between the two, aside from the A1's construction to operate in space and the C1's ability to operate in air.
Super-power also has two special forces MSes. The Victory and V2 Gundam utilizes two more important pieces of technology - a panoramic cockpit, and a beam shield, only penetrable by the strongest VSBRs (Variable Speed Beam Rifle). Its production began when 'Project Victory' was announced, a plan to create an elite commando mobile suit unit.
There is no draft, as it would undermime the morale of the soldiers fighting in it.
Army
The Super-powerian Army consists of a ground force around 1,250,000, employing M16 machine guns, RPG-7s, M1 Abrams Tanks, and Blackhawk helicopters. Super-power also has a burgeoning militia, with over one billion citizens carrying firearms for self-defense.

History
In the year Universal Century 0079, the citizens of Superpower07 became unhappy with their government, which was growing bigger and bigger by the year. And compounding this situation was the United Nations, which was forcing its corrupt socialist agenda on the country, and was depriving the nation of its soveriegnty.
Refusing to stay idle and watch, the citizens demanded that Superpower07 leave the UN and undo the socialism that was forced onto the country. However the government refused to comply. As a result, the Western half of Superpower07 seceeded to form Super-power.
Unfortunately, Superpower07 still maintained strict control over the military. But the defecting scientists brought with them the plans for victory with the mobile suit.
With the M1 Astray's mass production, the Super-power Revolutionary War began. Even with this new technology, Super-power was still far outnumbered. As a result, the League Militaire, the resistance force, adopted a hit-and-run strategy and pushing to maintain control of high ground.
With these tactics, Super-power won its war for independance and became a recognized, soveriegn libertarian nation. In its founding, the lawmakers agreed not to make the same grevious mistake of joining the UN and compromising soveriegnty.
