Certainly, by nature of being a major nation in the real world, Germany was one of the first user-created regions in NationStates history, along with most major European nations and the feeder regions.
Germany has had a convoluted past, mired in much controversy, much of which has recently been laid to rest. Recently Germany has been re-founded to finally remove the blight that was Der Reichsprotektor. Unfortunately, the Kaiser of the German People, HM Kaiser Wilhelm II, has been retired over a year.
