Besenland
Besenland has been officially founded on January, 8th 2007 by Besen. Together with his deputy and governor of the Protectorate of Port Braun, Heinrich von Braun, Besen brought the Holy Empire of Besenland into being. Besenlands population, which mostly speaks English and German exceeded 60 millions in the last population census, having upward trend. The Empires compulsory set of belief is Aphatism with it's strong faith in God 'Knu' and 'Zho', saint of the soldiers. Besenlands current Leader, Besen The Third rules the Empire with an Iron Fist, following the tradition of his grandfather.
The Monarchy of the Besen
Besen (1812-1894)
Besen The First was born in 1812 AD in the nothern mountains of the 'Isle d'Heimagu'. A large Island in the western sea that will be called Besenland in the future. Originally, he was a soldier in the army of Rai Zer, the mysterious man who came to the isle together with Thomas Croy, a ranger who would later become the founder of Port Braun. Because Rai Zer knew which dangers lied on the other isles, he wanted to build a fortress on the Isle d'Heimagu, in case the isle would be attacked, and therefore startet hiring soldiers from d'Heimagu. Besen was one of them. The Kaizer of the isle <name einsetzen>, who was hated by his people, felt threatened und startet a war against Rai Zer and his mercenary army. In the course of the war, more and more people joined Rai Zer. Besen, because of his military genius and his abilitiy to lead, eventually became Rai Zers second highest Commander after Croy. The war raged for more than ten years and when it was finally over, the whole country was a wasteland. Rai Zer was the victor, but he was serously wounded and knew that he would not be able to build the empire anymore. So he called on his most trusted generals to decide who would become the Emperor, or Kaizer, as it was called in the countries' old language. Croy was the favorite to take place of Rai Zer, because they'd knew each other for a long time and had fought together on every battlefield. But Croy had other plans. He wanted to build his own city on the northern coast, a harbour where he wanted to rule and to end his life in peace. For his services, Rai Zer allowed him to do so, but Croy had to swear an oath, that he and his people should be loyal to the empire for all time and that they should never leave the empire alone in the hour of need. Croy swore and so Port Braun was founded. But still, the new founded empire needed an emperor and so Besen was elected Kaizer. Under his rule the holy empire of Besenland expanded and became a power in the world.
