The Holy Magic Empire of Juraihelm (also referred to as Jurai-Romio) is a powerful, dominant state of the AnimeOnDVD region forged by military conquest of the former Queen candidate of Juraihelm, Romio. Romio refused to recognize the rule of the legitimate Queen, Tsunami, and seized power in Juraihelm. Romio advocates a strong spiritual society and environmental protectionism within the borders of Juraihelm and in neighboring states within the Holy Magic Empire's broad sphere of influence.
