Neutral langauge doesn't always mean we have to "dumb it down" to make it fit.  Sometimes it means balancing it with similar language on the other side.  The language is harsh, but it is also accurate according to some of the participants in the RP.  Syskeyia has seen the language (Catholic fatwah) and agreed that it was "the truth" in a recent IRC conversation.  It took several people several hours to hash out that language, but you're more than welcome to suggest alternates on the talk page.  I'd rather you didn't [[NSwiki:be bold|be bold]] and edit it just at the moment, as we are working through a bit of an edit war right now.
