The 4th Shock Army, the second of the two main armies in Sicinia Salis, was raised by the Parliament and Premier as their own defense against both the possibility of Akaeian attack and coup d'etat by the 3rd Shock Army. The 4th, although incorporating several veteran units, is still relatively green and untested. Efforts are being made to take the veterans of the Three Day's War and mix them into the green units as NCOs.

Also 45,000 men in number, with the same TO&E as the 3rd. The army has been stationed at Chateau Soulabougne near Herakleia since the Three Day's War and is the current mobile counter-attack force in the West Downs.
