The Founder of a region is the nation that created the region. The founder is listed on the regions page, and can access its Regional Controls. This includes the ability to alter the World Factbook entry of the region, set a password, eject nations, and ban/unban nations. The founder may also decide if the region's delegate may have access to the Regional Controls.
