GOVERNMENT
The Artful Dodgers is officially a republic. Unoficially, there's not much of a government to speak of. Each of the three provinces (Dweegle, Dwuggle, and the Cornerlands) elects a senator to represent them, although the senators don't actually do much besides play D&D and make smores.
