Kyralya is a small but growing nation that believes heavily in the value of life as well as the quality of life. Therefore, abortion has been banned except in extreme cases, and euthanasia have been outrightly outlawed. About 60% of the population are twins, but those who are not born as or with a twin are treated as equals. Because of this, there are few secrets amongst the population, although the cases of psycological breakdowns has been steadily increasing.

The Twin Maydens run their country with compassion and caring, the scars of their father's betrayal still etched deep into their minds. Although the Systers agree with each other on a few things, their competing personalities often clash, and they end up in yelling matches. However, when their home is threatened, they ignore their differences and team up to tackle problems together. They currently reside as CEOs of the Lunar Corporation, which they planned and built.
