Redundancia is a hockey paradise, where 24-hour channels are devoted to the sport. In addition to this, the economy is strong and freedoms are widespread, thanks to the whims of the benevolent despot Redundancies.
Redundancia is located in the Canada region, and the benevolent despot has been a major player in the region since joining it in July of 2004. He ran for Minister of Regional Affairs in the October 2004 regional elections, but lost in a narrow vote to incumbent Drunken Hosers. Following the elections, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Doughnuts and Beer, and became the Minister when the elected Minister, kana da, resigned. Since that time he has served as MoDB with only brief hiatuses, and he has been active in sports role-playing including heading up a baseball league and a hockey league.
