Senaya is sometimes seen as emblematic of Ariddia's highly multi-ethnic national football team. Although he himself was born in Ariddia, his father and maternal grandparents are immigrants.
A midfielder, Senaya is one of the most talented of the team's under-thirties. With many players now ageing and retiring, he is expected to become one of Ariddia's most skilled players.
In World Cup 29, Hanifah Kyaw's pregnancy opened a midfielder slot among the starting eleven, and Senaya was able to take part in more matches than he might otherwise have done, enabling his face - and abilities - to become well known to the general public.
Senaya is reputed to be a rather shy, modest young man.
Domestically, he plays for Kalisimu Kaletri in Rejistania. His wife, Sele Nenj, is Rejistanian.
