Keeryu is a island region comprised of a large landmass containing 52 contiguous soverign nations and several smaller outlying island's directly north of the main island, home to 3 island nations. The presidency of the Keeryu region is currently held by The Free Land of Luodi. The region is currently represnted at the United Nations by The Republic of The Free Irish States.

Originally inhabited by the people's of the The Free Land of Luodi, the region has experienced rapid expansion in recent times.
Geography
The main body of the region is made up by a large landmass containing several natural harbours. The island is sub-divided by 52 contiguous nations, the southernmost of which, is the The Holy Republic of XXxWindStormxXX. Eight outying islands lay directly to the north of the main island, the largest of which, contains The Republic of The Free Irish States.

The region is organiszed under a federal union of the member states, with a written constitution and elected head of state, the President of the Keeryu Region.
