Tenkas is the capital of the Republic of Yuunli. It is located at the estuary mouth of the Chefpain River, at the border between the Mich-Inzl provinces of Itupt and Poapik.
The city is a "Special Territory of the Republic", meaning it does not belong to any Province or Autonomous Community. Only municipal and national laws apply in Tenkas.
The city has neither a representative in the Executive Council nor an observer in the Legislative Assembly of Yuunli.
But the city administration has more autonomy than most other cities in the nation.
