The second queen of the Galactic Empire of the Planet Jurai and mother to Ayeka Jurai and Sasami Jurai, Misaki mysteriously disappeared along with her husband, Supreme Emperor Azusa Jurai and his other wife, Queen Funaho Jurai during their diplomatic trip to a neigboring galaxy. All three are believed to be dead, and it is also widely believed that infamous Kagato is behind their deaths.
Misaki shared the spaceship with Funaho, twin second generation Space Trees Karin and Mizuho; untied to power a single spaceship, two of them were said to possess more power then any first generation Space Tree. Nevertheless, Karin-Mizuho is currently missing.
