Socialist Rome is the main nation of NS player "Comrade" Andrew, through which he is delegate of the region Communist Beach. He is also known as Communist Nation in the NationStates Communist Party, serving as their Secretary of Diplomatic Affairs. An intelligent man, he is also respected for his diligent and creative work for Socialist solidarity and diplomacy. It has been reported by a certain source that he is also well versed in eugenics and is a supporter of scientology in addition to his rejection of physics as "scientifically untenable." He is well known for his radical islamic and black nationalist views, similar to those of the individual who supposedly edited this the third time.

He also tends to be the target of numerous jokes generated by both a certain member of the NSCP and one of his cronies.
