Background
Fyodor Ivanovich Skorikov spent his entire professional life in politics. Amazingly, he has been a loyal member of the Murkadian Nationalist Party (MNP) during this entire time. Only once in his 30 year political career did he ever lose an election and fail to be elected to the Murkadian Parliament. 2 years ago when the Conservative Coalition formed and gave the conservatives a dominate edge in the Parliament Skorikov was elected Prime Minister. Since that time he has focused the governments attention on Education Reform and streamlining the welfare and administrative systems.
