Background
Fyodor Ivanovich Skorikov has spent his entire professional life in politics. He has been a loyal member of the Murkadian Nationalist Party (MNP) during this entire time. Only once in his 30 year political career has he ever lost an election and failed to be elected to the Murkadia's Parliament. 2 years ago when the Conservative Coalition formed and gave the conservatives a majority in the Parliament, Skorikov was elected Prime Minister. Since that time he has focused the governments attention on Education Reform and streamlining the welfare and administrative systems.
