It is unknown exactly who Czardas is or where he comes from, and he's certainly not telling anyone. This NSer has been around for longer than his nation. When he actually joined is, again, a mystery. There are no pictures of Czardas and, in fact, we know nothing whatsoever about him. However, there are a few theories:
Czardas is a human. He rants against humanity on the forums and refers to himself as living outside of Earth, but that might just be a blind. We can't know for sure, as if so he has left few if any clues to his true location. But since a majority of NSers are human, there's no reason to suspect why Czardas shouldn't be.
Czardas really is the Supreme Ruler of the Universe. He signs his posts "Czardas, Supreme Ruler of the Universe". And if he really is the Supreme Ruler, who are we to doubt him?
Czardas is just an ordinary fellow who likes NS. The most plausible theory, as most people are just ordinary fellows who like NS. But it's too simplistic for us, and far too obvious.
Czardas is an evil, insane megalomaniac who is out to take over the world!!!!

Czardas the NSer
This section has been attributed to Czardas himself. The existence of this post is, therefore, debatable.
Czardas is one of the better known posters on NS General, and a bit of RP too. His favorite pastimes are debate, role-play, and spam, not necessarily in that order. He appears to prefer debating issues that have been done to death countless times; role-playing mostly story-based and annoying tech-based RPers with his utter lack of knowledge where it comes to the difference between an AIMX-108A and an AK-47; and spamming which annoys everyone else, especially Frisbeeteria. Despite all appearances, however, Czardas has contributed over 1000 useful posts to NS, along with his 5000+ not-so-useful ones. He has never been banned to date, and is generally insane, especially being enough so to befriend such individuals as The Noble Men, Lord-General Drache, and (gasp) Neo Kervoskia. Czardas can be found on IRC as "Stardust" or any variant of that, but since he's never on anyway, it's kind of pointless. Czardas's friends and enemies on NS are sharply defined, and it is not difficult to see which players like him and which do not so much. Czardas tends to be either loved or hated by the masses. However, which people love him, and which hate him, is hard to see with the naked eye. Or even the clothed eye. Not that it will help all too much.
