CR Oscilloscopes is an economically focussed nation, located within the parallel pacific archipelago. It's population of over 1.3bn, are extremely patriotic, and express their love of their country through a love of their leader, Tomislav Callopa
History
The Region of High Technology
At the start of its history, CR Oscilloscopes optimistically attempted it's own region, The Region of High Technology. After a very short while however, the nation gave up on this idea, choosing to move with The Iron Fist brotherhood.
The Iron Fist
Brief Overview
The Iron Fist is unarguably the most significant, and eventful, time in the history of CR Oscilloscopes. During the period, alliances and rivalries were formed, CR Oscilloscopes found itself for the first time in a state of warfare, and the nation also held the UN Delegate's position in three seperate spells.
The beginning
CR Oscilloscopes first arrived in The Iron Fist as a small nation with a population of less than 10mn. Head-hunted by the region founder, Hydrogen-Land, the decision was made to give up on an attempt to form its own region, The Region of High Technology, and instead aim for power with the relatively newly formed brotherhood. Although one of the first nations into the region, there was already a UN delegate Great Computers, and so CR Oscilloscopes gave its endorsement to this nation.
UN Delegacy
After a short period, during which little of note happened, the nation of Great Computers chose to end its spell as UN delegate and gifted the position to CR Oscilloscopes, by giving its endorsement and requesting the other UN member nation of the region, do the same. As UN Delegate, CR Oscilloscopes played an active role, voting in every resolution, and even making a proposal (which subsequently failed to reach quorum). It was also during this time that the UN passed the resolution, Promotion of Solar Panels, to which CR Oscilloscopes was strongly opposed. When a repeal was proposed, CR Oscilloscopes offered to help, and sent out many telegrams to delegates, requesting they approve it. After reaching quorum, the new proposal Repeal "Promotion of Solar Panels" , was passed, making Promotion of Solar Panels the fastest repealed resolution in UN history.
CR Oscilloscopes period as delegate was in three different stages.
- The first stage, where Great Computers gave CR Oscilloscopes the delegacy.
- The second stage, where Great Computers again offered the crucial endorsement after returning from an exile.
- The third stage where CR Oscilloscopes reclaimed it from New Led Zeppelin, after that nation got ejected from the UN.
In its spell in parallel pacific, CR Oscilloscopes, votes and debates with other region members, over how delegate Love & esterel should cast the region vote.
