The entire goal of Dick Tater is to be labeled as a Psychotic Dictator and still be a member of the U.N. This presents problems because he has to outlaw just about everything and every now and then the U.N. passes a resolution that lets the Citizens of the Armed Republic of Illegal Bistro have a tiny scrap of rights. Then the government has to hurry up and take away something else.

Gun ownership is compulsory and so is organ donations, cloning is perfectly fine and it can be assumed that abortions are a national pastime as it is actually still legal.
