The International City of Paripana is a semi-autonomous city in south-central Paleoparipia, governed by a council consisting of Capitalizt, Bedistani, and Lontorikan representatives. The city was created as a gesture of peace after the First Paripanan War, taking land from Commerce Heights, Bedistan, and Lontorica. After the fall of Lontorica and the evacuation of Bedistan to Calania, the city was effectively a dependency of Commerce Heights, though the Capitalizt government still considered the city an independent entity. When Bedistan recaptured its land in Paripana and Lontorika, Lontorica’s successor state, annexed Lontorica’s land adjacent to the city, the nations were re-added to the council.

The International City is most famous as the location of Unity Stadium, a stadium that hosted matches during World Cup 8, and as the location of the international media conglomerate PariMedia’s headquarters.
