The Imperium of Greater Tomania (in Quenya Elvish, Ardum in Alcarin Tomanya) lies at the heart of Gemini Exterro, she is the largest and most populated nation in the region. Tomania is a nation soaked in tradition and history. Tomania is ruled by the supreme authority of the sovereign, which Tomanians believe to be a deity and a child of Heaven; their present monarch is the Empress Ishtar, the 126th leader of the unbroken line of the im-Bashi dynasty. Tomania also claims to be the holder of Heavens "Divine Mandate" which states that they alone of the right to rule over all that resides under Heaven and that their monarch is unflinching and infallible. The government of Tomania is split into four branches; the Executive Counsel, the Legislative Assembly, the Judiciary System, and the Imperial Court. Tomania is a single-party system administrated by the Tomania’s People’s Marduk Party (Tomanyas Gwaithes Marduuk Partae), lead by the Executor Miklós Hedikai, who is also the Supreme Cordon of the Imperium. The Tomanian Imperial Armed-Forces (Ardul Vara esse Rancothie in Tomanya), slit into the Tomanian Imperial Army (Tomanhrim Ardulhosse), the Tomanian Imperial Navy (Tomanhrim Ardulciryam), the Tomanian Imperial Air-force (Tomanhrim Ardulvilyamauy) and the elite fighting squad the Avarathûl, is one of the largest in the region and possibly the best equipped and best trained. The Empire boasts well over 400 million personnel fit for duty in her military machine. Her Army is known for there swift invasions and "courtesy" to the "well-behaved" conquered subjects. Though, her Navy goes un-matched, however, to the distain of Tomania, Morindira perhaps has the better Air-force, Morindirans seem to have a knack for the air. The Avarathûl (AA), literally "Protection Squad," is the elite fighting force of the empire. The AA, are given the most deadly and dangerous missions. Only the most loyal and best trained personnel may join this elitist group. Tomania’s Intelligence Network is also well known, the Committee for State Security, in elvish the Rintúra ten Nóre Varnasse (RNV).
