James R. Picardy Sr. is the current pretender to the throne of Hekloslogravia, as Kief James III of Hekloslogravia. He is a distant cousin of the last reigning kief, Edward II.
Kief
In October of 2006, during the Great Aberdonian War, he was installed as the UKTGM backed puppet of [Hekloslogravia]]. It should be noted that most if not all nations of Aberdeen reconized the Federal Republic of Hekloslogravia as the legitimate government of Hekloslogravia.
