Pushistymistan, officially the People's Republic of Pushistymistan, (Russian: Пушистымистан, Pushistymistan, IPA [pushˈistˈɨˈmiˈstan]), is a country that resides in the colder northlands of eastern Asia. It borders Russia and China, and possesses a coastline of 4,830 km (3,000 mi). Pushistymistan was a Soviet republic, and now is a member of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Etymology
The name of Pushistymistan derives from the term the native peoples were unilaterally given by the Rus' wanderers that found their way into the country. The word Пушистыми (Pushistymi) translates to “furry;” the first natives that the Rus' encountered were anthropomorphic ermines and felines.
