The United Union of Central Sciacca is a massive, safe nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. The average income tax rate is 87%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Beef-Based Agriculture, Information Technology, and Gambling industries.
A recent law has banned homes from having any more than one wheel, drunk drivers are sentenced to death, it is illegal for police officers to carry out searches due to strict privacy laws, and the tenet of free speech is held dear. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Central Sciacca's national animal is the lion, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the dollar.

Central Sciacca, along with La provincia di roma, is a founding member of the Blue and Gold Alliance. Besides La Provincia di Roma, Central Sciacca has made allies with The Primeau Islands, Heatley Bay, and Manich.
