Government
Style of Government
The government of Binarydonia is a democracy, with the Heads of Council elected every 2 years and the President elected every 4 years. In addition, each province has a council which deals with budgets, byelaws and issues affecting their province, which are handled by the Provincial Councilors. Public voting is the norm and the government is very open.

President
Current President: Mike Webber
The president is the head of the executive branch and higher governmental powers can only be used by him/her. He/She can veto laws, remove and appoint Heads and Sub-heads of council if needed, and can authorize diplomatic actions. The president can be male or female, and is re-elected every 4 years.
Council of Justice
Current head: Vacant
This council deals with the police force and the criminal justice system. It oversees all parts of the CJS, and operates the Prosecution Team, who deal with crimes against the nation. SWAT Planning is jointly handled by the Council of Defense and this council.
Council of Health
Current Head: Vacant
This council deals with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining the hospitals and clinics of the nation. It also handles medical licenses and approves medications for prescription.
Council of Defense
Current Head: Harold Carter
This council deals with the defense force and the army, and approves budgets. It has the power, jointly with the President, change the BNAL (Binarydonia Nation Attack Level) and authorize use of nuclear weapons on rare and dire occasions. It also jointly handles SWAT planning with the Council of Justice.
Council of Security
Current head: Vacant
This council mainly deals with terrorism, and immigration is controlled jointly with the President. It can detain suspects for longer periods, approve visas and permits for immigration, offer covert team protection to government officials or diplomats, and can gather intelligence on other nations.
Council of State
Current head: Vacant
This council deals with Domestic issues, like new laws, council elections and overseeing Presidental elections. It works with the other Councils in order to ensure trouble free working. Of all the councils, this council has the strongest and direct connection with the President.
Military
The Binarydonia military is comprised of:
- GMC (Ground Military Corps)
- DDU (Domestic Defense Unit)
- BAF (Binarydonia Air Force)
- BSU (Binarydonia Sea Unit)
Current numbers of total personnel are currently unknown, but estimates say around 2 million.
